Hacking Workshop for November 2026

Álvaro Herrera will be joining us in November to discuss, when our monthly hacking workshop will cover Table repacking, done right. If you're interesting in joining us, please sign up using this form and I will send you an invite to one of the sessions.Just to periodically remind everyone how these sessions work, I offer three times on each month's signup form, and people sign up and let me know which ones they can make. Please mark your first choice, or choices, as "Great Time" on the signup form, and any other times you could make as "Acceptable Time." Most months, after looking at the signups, I cancel one session, because we typically have thirty-something signups, which doesn't necessarily require three sessions. I try to cancel the session that will inconvenience the fewest people.

Then, I send schedule everyone into the remaining sessions and send them all a calendar invite and a Zoom link. For each session, the speaker joins, I join, and whoever I scheduled into that session joins, and the speaker answers questions for an hour, and I just emcee. You don't need to be an experienced developer, or a developer at all, to join: you just need to watch the talk and show up with questions. If interested, join us!
